My program includes both strength and cardio training, with personalized workouts that fit your schedule. It also comes with a customized nutrition plan outlining the right amount of food you should eat each day, depending on whether your goal is to lose or gain weight. The plan is designed around the foods you enjoy and the time you have available for training. I can also suggest healthy recipes and meal ideas to help you eat better and reach your goals. I’ll call you every Sunday to check in and track your progress.
